1 cup each of pineapples,
mango & peaches
2 bananas
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tsp GoLacta® powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
directions:
1. peel both bananas & break into 2-3 pieces each. add all ingredients to
a blender and mix until thoroughly blended.
2. pour in to 2-3 glasses and enjoy cold.
3. this recipe makes 5 ounces of smoothie - have one for brekkie and one
to energize you later in the day!
