Go-Lacta® Autumn is Here! Tea

ingredients:
1 Go-Lacta® tea bag
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
raw honey, to taste
chopped mint, to taste
8 oz water

directions:
1. bring water to a boil in a kettle or pot. microwave water for convenience
works too!
2. drop a Go-Lacta® tea sachet into a cup, then place a strainer over cup, adding in ginger & mint. pour water over mint & ginger through strainer
and allow all to steep for 5 minutes.
3. remove tea bag & strainer.
4. add 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice, then drizzle in honey to taste. more mint
or ginger can also be added for a stronger taste.
